Paradesi Plot

It is the 1940s in India with the firm foot of Britishers all over the country. Britishers are cruel to the villagers, but smart enough to lure them into doing anything they want. They succeed in tempting another group of innocent villagers into farming, and entice them to work on the British-owned tea plantations for the rest of their lives. The petty villagers far from knowing the politics of these Englishmen, have no trace of freedom in front of their eyes. With no hope of homecoming, they continue to be the English’s slaves.
